I know, I know. We are late.
I started HERMEiAS in the Year 2024 around 25th September. I invited Ariyan to join me to build Privacy Focused Products ( which we still intend to build ), He then brought Saptarshi who joined us as our third founder in November 2024
It’s been one year since we started, here’s what we have done within ONE YEAR
- We Built “DemoLe AI” an AI Model for Legal Professionals
- We focused on privacy and so we “built the entire infrastructure” to host the model ourselves
- We expanded to the “Team of 10“
- We had a budget of $6000, we built the whole thing on a budget of “$500 each month”
- Suryansh “dropped out” of his University even with the scholarship to build HERMEiAS
- Over “300 Users” engaged with our Beta
- Saptarshi “took a semester off” to build the Backend for HERMEiAS
- HERMEiAS was “ranked 4th out of 250 Startups” under CrftHQ where over 2500 startups applied
What’s happening now ?
we’re doing something that’s called 505 INTERNSHIPS, it’s inspired by Suryansh’s Internship experience at Radisson Blu Hotel in Abu Dhabi, He hated the internship so much mainly due to the fact that there was No creativity, No sense of vision and Ideas were not rewarded, He felt that the Internship in Hospitality was for Losers and Internship in middle east was a kind of slavery
505 Internships is a concept where HERMEiAS opens it’s doors to all kind of creative individuals who create their own projects or help us create content, it’s basically internship with no bounds
If I had to give simple one liner details here’s the thing
- NO WORKING HOURS ( YOU WORK IF YOU WANT TO WORK )
- One Video and One blog per week ( for Content Interns ) [ we ensure that our interns have a very low amount of work so that they can focus on their studies ]
- One to Three Concepts and One functioning Project within 30 DAYS ( for Product Interns )
- OVER 500 SLOTS for each intake ( once every two months )
